It is a mobile application that works in conjunction with the  Vital Signs Monitoring System by Integrated Health Information Systems (IHiS). It allows the users to take vital sign readings such as Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, Heart Rate and others through this mobile application. The users will need to be on an enrolled programme prior to using this application
