Often Does Not Open
I like the app when it works, but often get the “oops” line and told to try later. Also, it would be helpful to know the cost before going to pick it up.

When the app works it gets the job done. Most of the time when I open the app it just sits there with a gray loading screen and does nothing else. When it does open it makes me re-login after every prescription. Really doesn’t help that it says the last time the devs updated the app was over a year ago.

I’d I’ve been a customer & can’t get into my account! Doesn’t recognize my username name and/or password! I even set up a “new” account & haven’t received a confirmation email. I also have the United Market Rx & have the same problem. Also, you can’t get any support because the app support website is not valid! Do I have to go to pharmacy to get it straighten out?

Very good app. Easy to use! Would like to see a QR scanner on the app to refill prescriptions. I believe there are qr codes on the rx label we could scan.
