App is completely broken
Do not buy this app. The content is formatted poorly and crashes requiring repeated app restart. This was not made by an experienced developer. I am surprised the app hasn’t been removed from the store.

This app needs far too many small improvements to list. There is absolutely nothing useful about this app and you can find the same info free delivered in a much superior way by using google.

This app offers nothing that cannot be found on the Internet. In fact, it offers far less than some of the YouTube videos that are free. Sadly, I can’t even give it 1 star for usefulness but I gave 1 star for minimal effort.

I have done TRE with a practitioner and it was great but I wanted to do it at home. This app is frustrating to navigate. It would be helpful if there was one long video of all the sequences together to guide you. I know with time I will understand the moves from memory but this does not make it easy to learn.

The main exercise video number seven is just not clear to me. And it's the whole point of TRE. I would have liked better coverage of this event. And clearer explanation going in to it and on the vibrations and body experience during it. Time sequences are missing with the raising of knees. The written instructions are not a companion to add clarification but rather more like a transcript of video. Anyhow, it's a big miss at this cost. I think a version update would be helpful.
