What have you done to this app?? I had years worth of data and now it’s gone! I tried to reload it and it won’t connect to my Bluetooth. Please fix the problem because I depend on this ring every night.

Can’t call LOOKEE for support you have to send an e-mail and WAIT fir them to respond. For $169 it should work just as LOOKEE claims it will and it will NOT CONNECT TO THE APP. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!!!

Not sure what device this is for, but not the Wellue Ring, as others have also pointed out. The app for the Wellue Ring is ViHealth, get that and all will work fine.

Like everyone else says it absolutely positively will not work with the app that shares its name and it’s logo. The whole point of this device is to record its results through the night and that’s the purpose of the app and it will not connect to the app, I’m giving it to stars instead of one because if you do some detective work you can discover that it works just fine and as intended with an app called V hi health, go figure, download that app and it connects immediately and works as advertised.

If only I had. Just like everyone says, it won’t work. It wasn’t connecting to Bluetooth. I left a bad review. I’m Truly sorry, I had downloaded the wrong app. It was an honest mistake but I want everyone who reads this to double check, maybe you made the same mistake. 😔
