Bugs……
Alert icon never works……have to delete the app and re-load the app just to clear the red bubble alert. Once I install the app again, red bubble alert comes back and stays regardless if I addressed any active messages. Bummer😞

Extra notifications
App notifications will say you have 30 messages But it’s only 2 messages Not enough updates for bugs apparently Layout is good otherwise
Numbers don’t hyperlink
Phone numbers don’t hyperlink like in previous version. So need to type in manually if you’re calling back
Terrible. Avoid
My company uses hundreds of messages a day and we need to keep a record of messages. Informed by qlik that we keep too many messages and qlik is not designed to store too many messages. So the qlik app is very glitchy. Missing messages. Messages out of order. Very unreliable! Employers should use something else The new qlikchat is terrible. It is a downgrade. Not an upgrade. They removed a lot of useful features. Have to click 2 or more buttons to see who is in the conversation. The light color makes messages hard to read and differentiate from each message. Cannot filter for unread messages anymore, so I have to manually scroll through hundreds of messages to find unread messages. Waste of time. Inefficient.
Not user friendly
Slow and unresponsive. Takes long time to sync data with it server and you cannot do anything until this slow app finishes. Does not sync messages with computer. Interface is Not user friendly. Frustrating to use. Often will log you out without reason. Unfortunately my work still makes us to use this poorly designed software. Makes me wanna quit my job.
