● No cards needed ● No steps involved ● Highly accurate Just open the app and get your PD in under 1 second. PD, Pupil Distance or Pupillary Distance, is the distance between the center of your pupils in millimeters. This measurement is required for making prescription eyeglasses and prescription Virtual Reality (VR) Headsets. The app will automatically detect your pupils and provide you with your distance and reading PDs. This app requires a device with a TrueDepth front-facing camera. It is only available for: ● iPhone X, XS, XR, XS Max, and later models ● iPad Pro 3rd Gen 2018 and later models
Not accurate
Not accurate
Not supported when stated it was
I paid $10 to purchase this app after looking at the specs to make sure it was supported on my device only to be immediately given a screen stating it was not supported. Under compatibility it clearly states it is compatible but I’m guessing I’ll get a robot response to this review stating that it does not state that as in an earlier review I noticed.
Bull excreta
Description says works with 6s. It does not.
Said it was compatible with my phone and iPad, but was not
Compatibility section mentioned my iPhone 8 Plus and iPad 6th gen models. Once I paid and installed it, I found out it is not compatible. I paid for the app because the free ones said that I needed an iPhone X. Not happy at all.
Constant Ratings Nag - wild measurement results swing
Constantly NAGS to give App Store rating ... not sure about accuracy, keeps giving readings that are between 3mm apart. Other free “Eye Measure App” got closer to in-store doctor measurements. Measured with glasses on and with glasses off. Using iPhone X.
Warning needed
The description says that you need an iPhone X (which I have) but does not explain that Face ID is used (mine doesn’t work). Wasted $3.
Easy!
Very easy to use! Other apps seemed complicated; glad I chose this one. It does all the work for you.
