Our culture has grown out of the ability to sell products and create markets for these products. The Health Industry, Modern Medicine, Fitness, Drugs, Supplements, etc., are all a result of this. Technology created Fast Food and ALL of our modern conveniences and also, in my opinion, the diseases that have resulted from these processed and convenient foods. It’s so refreshing to know that many diseases can be reversed by just changing one’s diet ! This manual is a HUGE STEP, for the average person, in taking control of his or her HEALTH and WELLNESS.
