Much to be desired
Not a user friendly app. Takes longer to sign in than any other app I have. User interface and app navigation need to be simplified. Te last HSA account I had was simpler and yet still more informative than this one
Not Comprehensive Enough
It need more inform. Maybe even a few policy details on OTC purchases. Please continue to work at making it more useful.
Not happy
Every time we try and use this card it is block so my understanding it’s are money why do you block it . It’s very frustrating when you go pay for doctor visit or pay for glasses and the card is denied knowing Adam well we have all that money just sitting in here . I would not recommend this program to anybody.
Need all available tabs
I’m sitting online with customers service and they are telling me i need to download a form from resources but that is not available on the app . You need to have all the documents available for the app users that desktop users have. It’s a Mobile world now join the 21st century !
Flex app
Last year the app worked much better. I’m not able to load multiple receipts at same time and the app is very frustrating to use. Very disappointing app now.
Why so many changes
It is very frustrating with this company that they keep changing the website and the app. Every time something starts to work normally and easy another update and guess what. Does not work anymore. If you like headaches. Flex is a great one to have.
What happened to Submit a Claim?
This was a very good, easy to use app, but all of a sudden it changed. There is no longer a “Submit a Claim” tab, now it’s Add an Expense”, but I cannot find a way to add the expense. The button leading to it doesn’t work, and it’s very frustrating when something that works gets changed to something that doesn’t, for no other reason than making a change for changes sake. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. We’ll, they broke it, and hopefully it’ll go back to the way it was, simple and convenient.
