One of the worst apps I’ve ever used
This app makes you jump through hoops to find your order history, and a new prescription that a doctor had just ordered for me was at very bottom of a page full of inactive refills. There should have been a link to that on the very first page I opened. Your app designer needs to take some UX design classes! In addition, the app incorrectly told me I had a refill remaining when I did not. I had to call support, and they told me the app is incorrect.

This app only works for looking at existing prescriptions and telling you the cost. Can’t use to refill. Totally useless! I wish I still had Express Scripts because their app was much better and I could use to refill. Also, Magellan customer service is terrible too and I have problems with them every time I order, problems that could be fixed if the app was actually useful!

This app functioned prior to IOS11, since the update, the app either comes up blank or tries to redirect you to a different app. Garbage!!

Most of the time this app won't let me log in. When it does let me log in it seems like it redirects me to the website where I have to log in again. I previously used Express Scripts for my maintenance medication. They had a great app. It was very stable and provided all of the functionality of the website. It even let me use Touch ID to log in. MagellanRx needs to do some serious work on this app to make it even marginally useful.
