The new M Health Fairview app is designed to give our patients the tools they need to take control of their healthcare however, whenever and wherever they choose. Simple, direct, and personalized features of the M Health Fairview app will give you the power to: - Securely access your health records - Access the records of someone you serve as proxy for - Find a provider near you - Easily schedule and manage office appointments - Conduct an online assessment (eVisit) - Schedule and participate in virtual appointments - Learn more about your own wellness - Review your COVID vaccination status and test results - Communicate with your care team - Check Urgent Care wait times - View your test results - Pay your healthcare bills - And more To access your health record information, you must have an M Health Fairview account. If you already have an M Health Fairview MyChart account, you’re good to go. Please note: You can use your existing username and password for this app. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one in the app with the “Sign Up Now” link using an activation code from your provider, or by providing and confirming some personal information. You don’t need an account to utilize the “Find Care” features. This includes HealthKit integration, which allows you to enable the M Health Fairview app to access health data on your iPhone through the Health app. This provides you with the option to share data—such as blood pressure, blood glucose, and weight—with your provider to keep them up to date.

Wait times are getting out of hand and medical gaslighting is REAL! They don’t actually care about the patients…send yourself to a specialist and cut out the middle man.
Organization let downs
Although I like the doctors and nurses and assistants and reception people I’ve met, there seems to be total disorganization when it comes to my health results and communication. I shouldn’t have to be the one to ask if the labs have been reviewed or when someone is going to get back to me with results. And that’s what I’ve experienced.

I cannot enter MyChart with my password as it will not register when I try to submit it.

The new M Health App will not expand to full screen.
I have both new MHealth and old MyChart apps installed. MHealth slightly expands but not fully. The MyChart fully expands in both modes.
This update ensures that the app is aligned with future updates.
