• PreCapture Chat enables patients completing forms at home to connect with staff members in real time
• Introduced the Logical Ink Security Agent that integrates Active Directory with cloud-based server infrastructure for remote user authentication 
• Greatly improved the HL7 parser performance for Logical Connect and Connect Agent
• For all clients, when Query Records On Load is enabled, the last selected record remains highlighted after the user first selects a record
• Increased logging capabilities and reporting for PreCapture voice and text messaging usage
• Support for PreCapture Chat when launched with the responsive or minimum window modes
• Added Chat Room for onsite staff members (advisors) to respond to PreCapture Chat conversations
• Provided security and admin settings for PreCapture Chat
