LiveDoc is serviced by Health at Hand, a Dubai-based telehealth provider licenced by the Dubai Health Authority.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM VIDEO CONSULTATION 
Just like a normal face to face consultation in a clinic, the doctor will talk to you about your symptoms and history, make an assessment and provide a treatment plan for non-emergency medical concerns.

EXTENDED WORKING HOURS
The doctors are ready to treat you from 6am to 10pm GST Saturdays – Thursdays and 9am-6pm GST on Fridays.
