Useless app. I have to use it in order to treat my asthma. Baxter/Hillrom should be embarrassed. They charge over 1,600 per month to use their device and force their patients into this hellish app. Shameful! A disgrace!
United StatesPathetic App - Sync Issues
Love the vest but the Connex app fails to sync in any reliable or predictable fashion. Sync process often lags therapy sessions by 48 hours or more. The resulting erroneous “missed therapy” messages are aggravating. The sync issue is a common complaint that needs to be fixed given the high cost of the product.

The Vest works great, but the app is the problem. It often doesn’t give me credit for completed sessions, and lately I’ve had to repeatedly go through deleting the app, reinstalling, and re-pairing.

I use the machine 4x a day for 20 minutes for my twins and the first 2 days it worked great but now I can not sign into to the app to collect the data. Machine works great- but I can not say the same about the app.

We are new user to the Vest System. The app does seem for sync very well with the machine. It does not synchrony/connect to record the correct data. There is no option to refresh and the online contact information has not worked. The concept is definitely a great idea so that the provider can view what is going on with treatments: however it is not recoding correct information

It’s nice to be able to track sessions but it’s usually a day behind. It’s disappointing to see score decreasing when sessions have been made. Even when the data syncs the score doesn’t improve. The idea is great it just needs some further development.

This app is meant to be a great tool and it would be IF it ever syncs correctly consistently and if it wasn’t constantly acting up and not allowing me to log on to it. Thankfully our pulmonologist knows of the poor history of syncing and is great about assuring us to keep going and not pay attention to if it syncs or not.
