App crash
Hasn’t worked in months. Says connection error. Can not build trust communication with server
Connection Error
I’ve tried to use this app multiple times, but always get a connection error. I’ve reinstalled it several times, tried on my data vs wifi and I’ve never gotten it to work.
App rating
Downloaded the app, even though it was rated low. I shouldn’t have wasted my time. I can’t even get through the registration process. I wouldn’t even give one star if I didn’t have to in order to complete my review.
Registration issues
Update: 2nd day of trying still unsuccessful. Entered my current ID as well as my new ID that will take effect 3 days from now. Nothing. Not even a “help with set up” option. I’d love to give this app more than one stars but it wouldn’t even let me past the registration process. Apparently your current online access doesn’t cross over to the app. After a few unsuccessful attempts at logging in I tried to set up as a new user in the app and it simply wouldn’t let me hit submit.
