You really need to work on this app
The app has worked, but it is only good for checking your pay, and viewing your medical cards, that’s it. It would be great if there was info in the other pages and if the other pages would let you enter your data. Additionally, it showed my adjuster’s name, but she wasn’t my adjuster until I went through like 8 others. Not sure what is going on with their staffing but it does not reflect correctly in the app.
Lack of information
This app would be great if they told you upfront direct deposits take 7 businesses days to set up. I have currently been off work for almost 3 weeks without a dime evening though my checks have been sent they are currently just sitting there when I could have had a check mailed way quicker I do no recommend for anyone that works for a living because as of now my water will be shut off the day before Thanksgiving and we don’t have food.

it just does not work, freezes up, cant create appointments, dates are allowed inly 3 days to enter in system
Not working again
Once again can’t open app. On top of not being paid consistently, on time, the stress of that is not enough apparently!!
Simple and easy to use
Signing up for direct deposit was simple and I’m able to see when my checks are issued. The other features are pretty straightforward.
Poor design app
This app is so horrible designed that it’s ridiculous. You’ll think a company like this can make a decent app but no they can’t even do that right. The app always have bugs when trying to register and their customer service response time is a joke. Your honestly better off using their website instead of this.
Can’t access my account 😡
I’ve not had any problems with this app until now. It just stays on the log in page “retrieving your data”. I have left my iPhone on looking at this page for extended periods of time. Many times. It’s just worthless space on my phone now. Which angers me when my check is late.
