If I could avoid using this app, I would not use it at all. It slows me down during rounds.
Nothing is efficient
I love the layout of this app so much more than ProviderHub for Fresenius. However, even if the layout is preferable, when it can’t be used efficiently, it’s pointless. I will try to login and it will tell me I need to update the app. When I go to the App Store, it just says open and not update and I can’t get on. Whatever time it decided to switch that button to say update, then I get to access my patients. Currently I need to call a patient, but I have to wait because I can’t access her information. This is so frustrating. This app is also not correct with treatment time remaining. Some patients it will say not started when I can see the patient only has like an hour left. It will also randomly remove one of my patients from my list and I have to search for them and then I can’t even add them back to my list. It’s whenever the app decides it’s ok. This is unacceptable. One last thing. When I click view all patients, it will NOT show me every patient from every shift. I will have to individually select 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. This is annoying. You guys have a great foundation for a great app, but you are just not making the right changes. What’s the point of all these updates when you’re not fixing the glaring obvious problems?
Touch ID
PLEASE enable Touch ID. Much faster and more secure login. Fresinius app has this capability and it’s so much nicer
Takes too long to log in after iPadOS update
After the iPadOS update, this app takes too long to login; up to 2 min.
Log in issues
Why is it now taking several minutes to log in? Frequently, before I can get in, my screen locks up and I have to start all over. It is to the point that it’s not even functional. Agree we need Touch ID.
Touch ID
Enabling Touch ID for this app would be a lot better then having to type my password in every single time. It is also more secure and HIPAA complaint for this app to have this feature. Sincerely, ST Nephrology NP
