Can not open an account…. CC code is not accessible and we are looped back to choosing country code listing repeatedly…. How to register with a PERSON ?

For something the Department of Defense put out and used by all the service’s it’s really crude. It’s also not very stable and goes down a lot.

I find the app to be fairly easy to use, however I wish it would allow more communication between the patient and pharmacy. I almost never receive a reply to messages sent and my messages are deleted. I don’t know if they were never received or if the person receiving them doesn’t know how to respond or just what the problem is. There is no way to call the MacDill Pharmacy and have the opportunity to ask questions. If I write, I don’t receive a reply. I have asked for a phone number to call to allow me to speak to someone but it gets deleted. Too bad. The pharmacy at Madigan at JBLM in Washington state, was so great and responsive. Also, the pharmacy at Maxwell AFB in Alabama was good. At least we could talk to a pharmacist if we didn’t understand something. MacDill pharmacy seems stuck in a “we vs they” system.
Honestly this is embarrassing...
I entered an old password today and DosePharm sent an automated email. It says...and I quote: "Trying to access DosePharm account. If you are not then change the password " Yes, it is an incomplete sentence. Yes it's missing punctuation. Yes it looks 100% like spam even though it's not. I'm appalled that the government is using this for health care management. When I tried to start a live chat to let someone know, it said "Live Support currently not available. Please send message." So I wrote this all up in a message and when I hit send, the entire app crashed. Someone needs a stern talking to about their poor grammar and punctuation skills and someone else for having the feedback option be both unavailable and then crash.
