Dormir Mejor

Dormir Mejor is a digital therapeutic under investigation to treat chronic insomnia, which may have a benefit on both insomnia and co-occurring symptoms if present (such as depressive symptoms). 

Dormir Mejor is expected to deliver Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) over 9 weeks. CBT-I focuses on the behaviors, habits, routines, and thoughts that maintain sleep problems (regardless of the original cause of insomnia).
