Absolutely one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I’ve tried to add my daughters prescription and it won’t let me time to start looking for a new place to get Contacts
Very easy to use app
I have been using this app for a few years now to reorder my contact lenses. It is very easy to use as my prescription information is already saved. I also get a discount by ordering through the app versus using the website so there is an incentive to keep using it.
Great price, easy to work with
This app works best for one person.. rather than a family sharing an account. It makes reorder super easy. It’s easy to upload your prescription and it’s also the cheapest I could find my daily contacts
Complicated to re-order
App worked great for a while. Now my contacts lenses are about to finish and it won't let me Re-order.
Worst contact company I’ve gone through
Unfortunately, I didn’t have insurance for awhile and ran out of contacts due to no prescription. Once I finally got insurance and an eye exam I tried to order contacts from this site and paid for expedited shipping that is said to be delivered within 3-4 days. After a week of waiting I contacted customer service and was told, “ Our records indicate we provided an arrival date of 3 to 4 days. Unfortunately, shipping can take up to 14 days from the day we shipped your order.” This was already frustrating, but then they denied to reimburse me for paying for the 3-4 day expedited shipping. As of today, I have been waiting on my order for 31 days and have not received it. The first order arrived in my town after over two weeks, and then was returned to the seller. Instead of a refund or sending it again, they waited for me to reach out almost a month after ordering, again. In which they responded that they would ship out a new order today. 3 days later they shipped it. Have yet to receive, and will not issue a refund of expedited shipping fee.
App only supports one person’s prescription (Not useful for a family)
The app is great if you only have one person on the account. But if you purchase contact lenses for multiple family members, the app is almost useless. It only presents the most recent prescription (across the whole family) as an option for refill. This is almost never the one you need, since the more remote ones are the prescriptions that run out first.

Prices are incredibly competitive, ordering process is super quick and easy, and the app is simple and easy to navigate. My order shipped and arrived SO quickly too! I would love the ability to add a different payment method or a new prescription into the app, instead of just reordering. However, what the app does currently do, it does INCREDIBLY well.
