Doesn't work with iphone 15
Don't bother with this if you have an iphone 15, the device won't work if you have an iphone 15. I bought the strips and couldn't get it refunded... Pass.

I have been using Center Health since August of 2022. I was very pleased with it until they changed the app a few weeks ago. I test myself approximately seven times a day. And I write everything down in my journal. Before they changed the app, it was wonderful. I would see an estimated A1c for weekly, two-weeks and monthly tests. They were also good at estimating how many strips I use and would send me them regularly and on time. BUT, the new app deletes most of my tests. They are just gone, disappeared. And they have no answer as to why this is happening. So now their estimated A1c is inaccurate. And they are now sending me half as many vials as they were before. I’m hoping they will get this fixed quickly because I do like this app. But if they don’t get it fixed soon, I will have to cancel my account.

Every time I have use the Center health app it has been amazingly easy whenever I had to deal with customer service. It was always easy and solved on a fast level.

I’ve been using center for a couple of years now and I am POSTIVE it’s a huge part of my A1C being under control. The app is very user friendly, customer service is super responsive to messages, and any issue I’ve had is resolved quickly. I’ve suggested this app to other diabetics who’ve had excellent results as well as telling my doctor about it who has since referred patients to the app.
