Not letting me reset
I recently got a new phone and it completely logged me out of the app. Trying to reset my password but it’s not sending me the link to do so .
Doesn’t register anything normally
Makes me re-sign for my shifts well over 24 hrs later. Like as if I didn’t add my signature and submit my last shift.
Cannot see history
I can’t view my client’s hours and my shifts on the app
App needs an update
A few times a week I have to sign a second time to clock out but I usually don’t see it til my next shift. A few times the shifts have been rolling til my next shift. Also, in the last few weeks I have had to cancel a shift I never started. So frustrating!
I hate this app
I like time 4 care way better this app is confusing and what about w2 forms where is that even gonna be at this whole app just makes me iffy and how are hours approved when signer isnt available.. what happens do it automatically go through or does it still needs approval .
Issue resolved. Update 2.1.0 did not resolve shift history issue
I am still unable to view the history, please resolve.
This app isn’t allowing me to see my work history.
It’s been three weeks now and I’m having to write everything down because this app isn’t saving my history and hrs worked. Over three weeks of this you’d think it’d be fixed by now.
