Impossible
One day the checkin checkout works fine. Some random day it demands Client ID which nobody ever gave you. Another day it demands a service code which nobody ever gave you. It’s impossible this isn’t deliberate harassment.
Glitch app
We supposed to use this app for working however it’s always not clocking in or the submit button won’t click when you press it. This is outrageous. Need to go back to the patient signing off on papers .
No good.
There needs to be updates, I should be able to see my clients and not have to look them up. Also I should be able to correct my time in app not go on my computer to fix it.

This app is the worst
This is the most complicated app I have ever saw. I don’t have time to figure this out I’m busy with my child. I’ve been working on this for weeks . I’m so disgusted . I get one step then something else happens then I play phone tag trying to chase someone down for help then I have another problem and same thing over and over

For some reason our agency switched to Palco, it has been horrible from the the beginning. Horrible.
