Search doesn’t seem to work.
Doesn’t seem to want to search anything. Additionally, favoriting from the browser doesn’t carry over to the mobile app.
Quick developer response
UPDATE: Developer responded in appropriate time and app is now working again. App is very useful for reading on the go and being able to favorite different books, different chapters, and highlight. I do love that you can also even favorite figures and tables for a quick reference. If you don’t want to be online, it does allow you to download chapters. Overall, would recommend. ——————- Prior review: Unfortunately, app logged me out recently and since then, even when I logged in, my favorites are erased, I can’t search for books, and any book I open shows an error message of item not available. It does not happen when I log in on website
App not working
Unfortunately, app logged me out recently and since then, even when I logged in, my favorites are erased, I can’t search for books, and any book I open shows an error message of item not available. It does not happen when I log in on website
Broken search function, not syncing collections
App logged me out, lost all my reading progress, and the search function won't find the book anymore. It is still present on the desktop site. I tried adding to favorites on desktop so I could resume reading on the app, but they won't sync.
Great
I use this app in clinical and shared with all of my FNP classmates. The only issue is that MOST of them get an error message and cannot use the app. Can you all please fix this please?
No accessibility function
I downloaded the app in hopes that it had a better audio function than on the website (the website doesn’t allow you to save progress or continue from where you want, the one they have makes you press each paragraph cause it doesn’t continue on it’s own). But there’s no robotic audio option for any of the textbooks like they have on the web browser. It should be a pretty easy thing to implement but it’s not there as of yet. A little disappointed as it was also very hard to figure out what my username was since the email never got sent even though I added it to the safe sender list.
Good app but topbar heading gets annoying
App works, it’s quick and super convenient but when I’m reading and have to scroll backwards, the top bar heading drops down and messes the page layout by a significant margin causing me to loose orientation. Not the end of the world but when I’m skim reading it becomes increasingly frustrating. If there was a toggle option for this, it would be an easy 5/5 for me.
