Can’t view latest edition
I’ve been using this app for 4 years and now I am unable to see the current issues released. Very disappointed and may cancel my subscription
No new issues
I have cancelled my subscription. I have not received any issues since March 25. My subscription goes through May 26 (purchased app via Apple App Store). I deserve a refund for the last 2 months if I don't get any issues. I tried to Restore purchases, deleted and re-downloaded the app and nothing works. The app help is of no help.
They upload wrong magazines to the app
They upload wrong magazines to the US Magazine app a lot and not a very good customer service either.
No support and no resolution
75% of the time my issues are unavailable to download. I have to reach out and it takes weeks if I even get a response. The response is the same answer- log in and restore issues and it doesn’t work. I uninstall, reinstall, clear cache, everything. Nothing works and they never respond. Don’t waste your money.

Has No customer Support Doesn’t Deliver All Content
the app seems to no longer have customer service. they do not respond to issues after your purchase. I have messaged twice and all i get is the automatic zen desk message. If you purchase the monthly subscription you will not get a month of content. i’m locked out of everything but one issue. i would upgrade but this app seems basically defunct
