Terrible App and Product
Terrible app to complement a terrible product. Specific lights keep staying on despite multiple requests to turn off in the app. Every time I try to turn off the light I keep receiving “Unknown issue occurred. Something went wrong, please try again”.

The app says the bulb is offline half of the time and then when it is on it’s stuck on alarm and I can’t turn it off even thought it’s not on alarm.

Don’t waste your time on the support/help chat. 2 hours later and their only solution is for me to delete the app, unpair all 30+ bulbs, reset my router, reset my phone, then redownload the app and re-pair all the bulbs. You gotta be freaking kidding me.

App stopped working, unknown error for everything. My Apple shortcuts no longer work. Toss this garbage app and go back to the old one, which I am still required to use to install any new lights.

woke up one morning it deleted all my saved scene colors etc. for as much money as i paid for it i expect it to work
