Hello Everyone, I have been using Total Control's iOS Applications since day one as an Alpha Tester and can say this app works very well! It is highly dependent on your network working well, however, so be sure your network is ready if you want to roam around your house using the system. You don't have to spend a fortune, but make sure it is at least decent! Issues reported below ALL sound like network issues. Volume ramp issues are not present as reported - this is likely due to packet loss on the network they have. You can control literally everything with this application! Garage Doors, TVs, Sound Systems, Thermostats, Lighting & Shades, Door Locks, ANYTHING and it's easy to expand - however please keep in mind that the quality of the system is 100% dependent on the quality of your dealer & programmer.

Stay away from URC Total Control Software! I've owned MRX-10 with Total Control App since August 2012 and have had nothing but problems. With ever patch released system becomes even more unstable. App still has Zone and Volume ramping issues, and in addition to a new glitch to where software continues to send signal and won't stop (since latest patch). I have to reboot my MRX-10 at least once daily because of this issue. Poor support from URC.

Great home control app! The integration with the controller, the use of standard network protocols (ip) really sets this line of products apart. Wife finds it easy to use. That is the real test.

Wont connect to my MRX-10. Terrible graphics. What your plans to upgrade the graphics to appreciate the Retina display for the iPhone and iPad? If you are going to make your customers wait for such a product, it better be great from time of the release. Epic failure.
