This light is useless and so is the app. Crashes on open. just got the light and the app… neither work.

I tried everything. I cant get the app to stay open more than two seconds. Before that i could but it would not connect to the tittle itself. Poor product plain & simple

I assume Tittle is a dead product? The app crashes on launch for months. Support has written me a few times…. Then nothing. Sad I am about to pack my expensive paperweight into a box to never be seen again. I was a backer, I would have expected better. Guess not. Sad. Don’t buy it…. Update. New app. Still crashes. Try again and have people test before calling it good.

The company had a server issue causing people not to be able to get in the app. It has since been restored. Try deleting the app and installing from the App Store again. Open App, after signing back in should be able to access the app again. Hope this helps someone!
