I have been a member for a few years and love the videos and beautiful scenery that Jeff incorporates.The categories to pick from including the length of time or subject matter is very helpful. I love his calm, clear direction and expertise that comes through in his presentation.

Changed my mind
Im fine saying that my prior review was completely wrong. The amount of general info and qi gong practices that truly do change your health for the better, far outweighs the cost. Definitely worth it, and the only thing that makes me sad is that i dont live anywhere near Dr Chand to be an actual client. Seriously, this is the best qi gong option in the app store, bar none.

Best QiGong App
I have watched Jeffery on UTube for a while while I used other apps for QiGong. I finally subscribed to Jeffery app QiGong for Vitality. His in depth lectures and incredible wealth of routines best fits me; the content offered is phenomenal and it’s more affordable than any other program offered. It’s much more complete and in depth. It is easily airplayed on any smart TV. Jeff’s calm, clear presentations & presence impressed me. Just the right vibe! Marvelous. I just love this man! And I love the practice of GiGong. Thanks Jeff also for all the new practices for each body organ/system. I am starting my third year with this incredible teacher.
