Just so you know:
Continually running your phone’s GPS in the background can dramatically decrease its battery life. The Guest only accesses your GPS when you’re sharing at an event.

Doesn’t work
I’ve tried a few times to get this app to make the event and it keeps saying something is wrong. Its planned before the “retirement” part of the app but it won’t let me schedule it at all.

This has been my go to app for sharing our vacation photos. I got to use it when a coworker set it up for her wedding several years ago and since then it was a game changer! It makes creating an event easy and then auto sharing your group’s photos during that time. Then at the end you are able to easily import the groups photos to your iCloud library. There is no other app or experience out there that is comparable or does it as good as this! Apple photos is nowhere near as easy to create a group share without feeling like I have to jump through hoops. It is a sad day that the so is shutting down and your can’t create any more events (unless it was already placed before the 25 Oct deadline). I would have gladly paid per event for this service it was that good. Thanks for all the great memories stirred by the app!!!!!!

Does anyone know of an app that works like this one? I’m so incredibly sad that this is no more. We use this at all of our parties. It’s just so great that every pic that every person takes is automatically uploaded to the album in a certain timeframe. I need an app like this for this weekend 12/17 HELP!

This app was absolutely stunning. I’m so sad that it’s retiring. This app showed all of the angles of how our guests seen our wedding. They also had fun with it as well and caught some things other didn’t. It definitely was a staple of my husband and I’s wedding. I would have paid for a subscription had it cost it was so amazing but it was absolutely free and played a key part into my husbands and my future. Thank you to all the app developers. This app created memories my husband and I would have never gotten had you not developed this app. ❤️

I can’t say enough good things about this app. We got no photographer for our wedding it was a small 50 person Sunday afternoon gathering.We found this app and asked our guest to download it and act as our photographers. We got over 850 pictures and a number of videos. No they weren’t all winners but we were able to capture way more moments than a regular photographer. The best part is that all your pictures are in chronological order so looking through them tells the story of our wedding from beginning to end.And you don’t just get pictures of the wedding party you get pictures from every angle every table and what was happening while you were doing some thing else. the best part is that all your guests have access to your pictures see you don’t need to worry about people text bombing you with pictures they took or having to send pictures to other people. I honestly can’t believe it’s free and I am keeping this app on my phone. I will use it for every event where I want to share pictures with people.
