Magazine content wonderful - app is horrible
Each month I need to delete the app and reload to get access to my full subscription. For example subscription is Jan - Dec. I access January, no problem and delete from my library to save space. February issue arrives I have to “restore subscriptions” to access February. If I want to access January it shows my subscription is invalid and I need to purchase January again. I have sent this issue multiple times but each time I am told to delete the app and login again. It’s 2023 - apps should not require this level of user intervention.
Disappointed
I purchased a 1 year subscription November 2021. I now am unable to access any new magazines and am prompted to buy. I have tried all suggestions to remedy the problem with no success. Unfortunately the app support is non-existent.
App fail
The app won’t even open. That is how bad it is. It stopped working about a year ago.

Buying English Home through the Apple app was a mistake. Past issues no longer available to me and I have no idea who to turn to to sort this out. Fantastic magazine, but a dark-hole when it comes to getting what you paid for.
Subscription Not Honored
Don’t buy a subscription through this app. You pay for the subscription and then the issues don’t download. You are prompted to buy the issues again! THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE SUPPORT TEAM when you contact them. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION MONEY AND RUN!
Bad interface
Ever since Chelsea bought this magazine their App has caused me problems. They wouldn’t even honor the balance of my subscription. Now it is impossible to log in. The last issue they show available is November 2016. (It’s now Feb of 2018). Don’t subscribe — you will be disappointed
Where's my expensive subscription????
Same problem. English home changed apps without warning and I lost all of my saved issues and pics. I purchased a year's subscription and cannot access any new issue without paying for it again! RIPOFF!
