This new rendition of “The Art of War” brings the clear, sure voice of Brian Browne Walker—long celebrated for his translations of the I Ching, Tao te Ching, and Hua hu Ching—to the world’s most time-honored teachings on leadership, strategy, and conflict. The polished and refined new app puts this wisdom right at your fingertips. Read it like a regular book, receive random passages, or email any selection to a friend or colleague. Destined for regular and highly helpful use. This lite version contains the complete odd-numbered passages. Additional content and emailing feature is available through an In App Purchase.
restore purchase?
i found this for the very 1st time today. i've never installed it on my ios. i wouldn't even know how to find it. i found it by accident, what exactly am i restoring???
Works well but spare me the PC angle
I liked this app better before the revisionist introduction of feminine pronouns. Were there really that many female generals leading armies in China in past millennia? There should be a switch to disable this.
Not a free app
The app itself is free but you have to purchase each chapter.
Cool
Very handy. I've read more precise translations but this suffices for on the go. Random quotes worth the extra 3 stars.
Not free
You get to read a page of each chapter - you have to pay to see everything else
Might as well just be an E-book
No interactivity with the user. It may as well be an E-book
Deceiving...
Should not indicate that it's free when it is not. This is a sampling only.
* Fixed a few small UI issues * Lots of future-proofing work
