Worse App Ever
I have tried numerous times to set up an account. Support even deleted my account on 2 occasions because the app would only let me get so far in the process. Even now just trying to log in it won’t recognize my password. I’ve reset my password several times and every time I try to log in it says the password is incorrect. I want my money back!!!!!

I’m giving task rabbit 2 stars out of 5 because as a Tasker they NEVER hear your side of the story. A customer will do anything to avoid paying extra fees and try to request reimbursements and task will Blame you for it. They deactivated my account because of a woman who requested reimbursements after she agreed to pay a certain amount for the job that was executed with great timing and professionalism. Task was my Money maker for business & they took me out with the snap of a finger. Crazy part is I was in the TOP 10 category for moving jobs. 99% of people saw my business account in NYC region. I appealed for my account & still got rejected 💔

Unable to become a TASKR as there are enough TASKRS in my area (Bay Area) I already know it’s not going to change as we are over saturated with people doing these gig type jobs. I have the same issue with instacart Unfortunately by the time I hear about these quick gig type apps I am too late We need another app to meet the demands of how many people out here need the extra income especially in the Bay Area Thanks

Weeks on and off trying to start an account and zero customer support. It’s some vicious cycle of trying to login in but not working and multiple attempts to “reset password” to no avail. Never sends a link to reset just says an email has been sent. ZERO customer support or response. Don’t waste you time I have done so for you. You’ll have better results banging your head on a table for a couple hours.
