StickerPOP! is a fun way to encourage and motivate your kids and build confidence while rewarding good behavior. Your kids will enjoy earning stickers and completing their sticker charts with the anticipation of their reward at the end. Great for chores, homework, potty training and more! Set up an unlimited number of charts! You can define a personal and creative reward by taking a picture or choosing a picture from your photo library. You can also add your own descriptive text. "Ice Cream!", "Trip to the Park," etc. All 28 stickers have fun animations and sound effects that make it extra exciting to earn stickers. The built-in visual timer makes it easy to do timed activities to earn stickers. Spend 20 minutes on homework or chores, for example. Once the number of stickers you defined has been reached, the reward animation is launched and the reward is revealed! As a bonus, there's a fun interactive activity after the reward has been revealed. You can reach this activity any time after a chart has been completed. Kids will love to play with the sticker charts. Once a sticker is awarded, you can tap on it to play its animation and sound effect as many times as you wish. Create as many sticker charts as you want. There's no limit, no in-app purchases or ads. Awesome sticker designs by Lilian.
Nice but needs more stickers!
This is a creative, much needed app (there’s not a lot of competition out there that does what this one does!) It’s a simple design and does what it needs to do. However, its great flaw is that it seems kids can only earn the limited number of stickers there. My students loved this app at first but once they earned all of the limited stickers, they were done. If there’s any way to increase the variety of stickers, this would be an amazing 5 star app!! Please update with more options (unicorns, desserts, sports, dinosaurs, etc.!)!
If you have kids, this app is a must have!
My child’s pediatric psychologist recommended this app to help address a paralyzing fear of riding elevators. We consistently gave stickers along with small steps of behavior modification. The adorable stickers and sound effects proved very motivating. Within weeks he was riding elevators again! We continue to use Sticker Pop for everyday positive behavior reinforcement.
Fun
Kids love it. It is very simple which is perfect. One feature it could use is syncing between 2 users.
Can’t share
You can’t edit any settings. There is no login so you can share the stickers with your spouse. My husband would have to buy the app to use it and it wouldn’t even sync with the progress my son has made. I feel ripped off
Can’t edit the chart!
This is a good idea, but once the chart is created, you can’t edit it or remove stickers if needed. Kind of a pain. I also went into the place where it opens your camera to take a picture of the reward, and there’s no way to back out of there! I had to shut down the whole app. Nice idea, but it could use some improvement.
Big Room for Improvement
I was really happy to find a token board app for my 4 year old. The little animations are really cute and from the description I thought it would be a good fit, however I was quickly disappointed after I bought it and started a chart. Here are my recommendations to the developers: 1.) Allow editing for charts after it’s been developed. It’s frustrating that I can’t seem to find any way to edit one once it exists. (But maybe have a little “helpful hint” pop-up that is ABA based that explains that its best practice not to change criterion after child is already aware of the expectation of how many to earn). 2.) There should be a way to list target behaviors that an adult is wanting to see to earn stickers. For example, I would love a little legend that any adult can see so they are consistent with reinforcing the behaviors they want to see increase. 3.) If this is used as a chore chart, it would be cool to have an option to write the step “make your bed”, then have a spot for a token next to it, followed by “brush your teeth”. 4.) Consult a Behavior Analyst. They can help with further development of this product. 5.) As someone else mentioned, some sort of reinforcement hierarchy (every five tokens = skittle, twenty five tokens = time on the ipad). 5.) Show the picture of the reward at the bottom of the actual sticker chart page while they’re working for it. This is very effective for some kids, however, some perseverate on the reward so it would be perfect if it were optional. Edit: 6.) The sticker chart should automatically restart. It’s annoying to have to continually be creating sticker charts, especially if you’re rapidly reinforcing to increase better behavior.
Good for on the go positive reinforcement
We have been using this app for our two older kids. Overall it’s good, but a few tweaks could make it great. 1. Ability for families, caretakers, etc. to share the same account. My husband and I aren’t on the same iCloud account, neither is our nanny, so our kids have to have three separate charts. It’s be great to have a unique login for our family to use. 2. iPad!! I work with kids and wanted to use this at our practice, but it isn’t available on the iPad. 3. Different levels of rewards within one chart. For examples, every ten stickers your child can get a small reward (e.g. 15 minutes of special play time), then every 100 stickers a big reward (e.g. go on a movie date with mom or dad). It’s be great to have these embedded on the same chart. 4. More stickers. This isn’t a necessity, but would be nice. Overall, this app has been good, but these changes could make it great.
Stickers can now be deleted from charts! Just "long press" on an awarded sticker, and it will be "popped" off the chart! (It's pretty satisfying.) Thanks for all the support and feedback! Reach us at [email protected], or @StickerPopApp on Twitter!
