Unfortunate that developer no longer supports
Have used this product for many years but the developer seems to have abandoned support. My license auto renewed and charged my Apple account, but the license isn’t active and I’m out the $9.99 renewal fee. Apple updated the app to work with the latest iOS version since the developer didn’t do the update…

This is Sept 2020. The app ceased access because i needed to renew my subscription. (It wasn’t set for auto-renew) I renewed the app. Won’t work. Waited a few days, still won’t work. No route for customer support. Tried using the App Store to contact the developer. His website says “under construction”. Seems strange for an app that’s been out there several years. I have now applied to Apple to refund my subscription. I’ve lost dozens of hours building my shopping list. Original Review: Pros: 1) The shared feature is really helpful. 2) The video tutorial was a bit tedious when I only needed to understand a couple of issues, but it was thorough. Cons: 1) No master list. Each store had to have items listed individually. 2) The “location” function was a good idea, but using it only allows a manual sort. It didn’t automatically group items in the same location. 3) Crashed fairly often on iPhone and iPad Pro. 4) The “on/off” switch for purchased items in the shopping mode does not appear in the iPad version. 5) Once the items are purchased in the shopping mode they disappear from the shopping list. It would be better if they remained visible and struck through and moved to the bottom as other apps I have tried. I know I have many more “Cons”, but I think this app has promise if the developers work on it. Not ready to buy the upgrade version until I see some improvements. (Update: I did buy the subscription for upgrade version) With a few tweaks I think it would be the best.

I have used this app for a year. My renewal did not seem to work so I merely contacted the company by email and they worked with me to fix it. They were very professional and treated me exceptional well. I would highly recommend this app to all individuals that like to have a shopping list with you. I also love it because my husband can add items on his device and they will show up on my list. That’s why is family sharing. The coolest thing for me is if my husband goes shopping, I can be at home turn on the app and see how much more shopping he has remaining. This is so cool. I can also add something I may have forgotten and it will show up on his list as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Second year in a row that my subscription did not auto renew (can’t access list). Last year I renewed manually and ended up with 2. Also wondering how to change store names. Is that possible? Is it possible to change the order of the list of stores?
