Developer lies, no software updates for over 2 years
Ridiculous, no software updates for over 2 years. Promised updates coming soon a year ago. Garbage company.

Unit died before two weeks so it definitely will not last 500 days for you and if you rely on this it will get you locked out. No Wifi adapter yet and hardware is not compatible with Homekit and the secret knock feature isn't happening so there is no compelling reason to buy this product as it's ONLY bluetooth dongle for your lock, and since bluetooth is slower to connect as you a have to open the app and then wait for the connection you aren't saving any time over using your keys. Company lies as to their timeline and features and offers little to no customer support. DO NOT BUY.

Candy House has not updated this app since 2019 and Apple iOS has updated security protocols several times since then. This app and the Sesame worked great until CH stopped updating the app to be compatible.

The idea of being able to unlock my door without scrambling for my keys every time is great. Then I bought a Sesame. I showed it off to all of my friends. Then the software would forget who I am (it’s still in Beta, isn’t it?) sometimes I had to just log in, always when I was in a hurry. Then the Sesame would go crazy and forget my phone! Btw, that’s where it is today. The other one I bought hasn’t worked at all. Tech support is at a slow pace.

It’s ok when it works, but I have my apps set to auto update and this thing logs you out each time it gets and update. So I am sometimes standing at my door wondering if this is broken before I have to get out my phone and realize that it logged me out 😞

Wish the design was a lot simpler! It’s easy to use but configuring auto lock was complicated to get to. Would love if this was updated to include an iOS 14 widget!
