Won’t let me log in
As usual the FedEx app won’t let me use my FedEx username. It says already in use. When I created a new username and password now it won’t let me sign in with that username and password.

This all genuinely is terrible. The prime reason anytime would download this app is to see where there package is, which you cannot. You can’t even track it! Your tracking number does not work on the app, it will give you some sort of error about not existing or tracking data unavailable, but the web url version of fedex works just fine... to an extent. I hate when people ship via fedex rather than USPS

Absolutely worthless. After long, long sign-up procedure I was redirected to FedEx website. Then was told to sign in to regular account where I was informed there are no deliveries for my address. This despite receiving a text from Sameday FedEx informing me I have a delivery soon, and suggesting I download this worthless app, which won't allow me to sign up or sign in!
