App needs work
App won’t accept passwords entered from 1Password so you have to do the copy and paste. Why does it constantly log me out? Why do I have to remind it what my store is? Love the service but the application needs improvement!

People are giving such great reviews, but it’s not for the app, it’s for the barbershop. Save the barbershop review for Google. This app is pure garbage. I’ve deleted it. Easier to use the website. You have to sign in every single time and it usually signs you out while you’re on it but that’s not the worst part. I like to use password manager to sign in however, this app won’t let you do it the easy way. Instead, you have to copy and paste and even that doesn’t work good.

I really enjoy getting my haircuts at S&S, especially when Lisa C is the one doing it. She's great at her job and we always have engaging conversations. However, the app really needs improvement. Major Issue: The app logs me out every time I access the notifications by scrolling down from the top. This is absurd and needs urgent attention. Suggestions for Enhancement: 1) It would be helpful if the app could remember my favorite stylist and my last haircut style. This would make it easier to choose another stylist if my usual one isn't available.
