Can’t even create an account to sign in to see if I have the same problems as everyone else. Won’t accept any password I try to set.
App crashes after latest IOS update
Since at least 17.3.1 came out any time i try to access my A3, I get a “system exception “ error. My phone calls get the same “We are aware and working to resolve it “
System exception error
I have 2 robots and now I got system exception error can’t control robot or edit the map. Called support, they told me the robots are bad need to replace them, because of the app? Don’t understand
Terrible App
This app is a complete letdown. It constantly fails to connect to the robot mop, and error messages are its favorite response. The functionality is a nightmare – it ruins cleaning and ignores commands. It behaves unpredictably, with frequent glitches. It feels like a rushed, half-baked product (This App, not the robot). You need to fix this app ASAP. Awful Update : 02/10/2024 - still awful awful.. terrible. Full of System Exceptions.

What we can do? Fix the problem! Already 3 days 🤷🏽♀️ and anyways this app is really bad!

All I get now when accessing 2 of these in the app is system exception. Help!!!
Password verification codes not sent
Been working with call in support all day to get me access to my Readyclean app. When you select Forgot Password, verification codes are not sent, even though it says successful. Three attempts to reset my password failed.
Removed the timer control from the password reset page as it is not needed.
