CRASHES ON IPHONE 15 PRO MAX
Unable to open app on my phone, have to try MULTIPLE times to open or just have to uninstall and install again
Freezes my Phone
While installing this app it has frozen my phone in the “RControl Would Like to Send You Critical Alerts.” My phone will not restart despite a hard reset attempt, is locked up, and now inoperable.
Old app was better
The new app is laggy. You have to second guess what you fine because it takes to long to process itself. Not as smooth use as the older app
Broken app
With the new updates, I can no longer remotely control my alarm. This app has now become just the piece of monitoring software.
Password reset problems
The Rcontrol app sent notice to download a new app. The new app did not recognize my password. I went to m2m to reset my password. Rcontrol would not accept my credentials. My account was frozen for too many failed login attempts. All in all I’ve had to spend way more time on a buggy web site that tries its best not to work on an iPhone and an app that wont accept a password reset even if the password was directly copy and pasted. How is this update improved again?
New toys not tools
No offense but the app implements UI elements as if the developer just found out about some new gadgets. There’s no need for sliders when the option is on/off, no need for the extra work. Also, turning off the alarm should have a confirmation prompt. All too often if you hit the wrong button your stuck waiting for the error message and then the refresh, which in itself takes too long. Finally, if an error does occur the screen sometimes goes into the log screen and gets stuck there. It should be snappier first, then worry about the cute UI elements.
Improved but still buggy
Thanks for the update Still buggy Looses password Label not right..
