Unable to access my Quilting Arts magazine yet again
I have had more issues trying to access my magazines. The last one I am able to access is Dec 2020/Jan 2021. I tried again to log in and it says I don’t exist as a user.

I had a full years worth of Quilting Arts Magazine stored in my Library on my iPad. QA changed something in the App and now I no longer have access to my magazines. I am able to access the current issue only. Not Happy

I am having the same problem that other reviewers have described: no content and no help. I’ve followed the directions, submitted help requests, and nothing. I would like either my magazines or my money back.
Hate this app
I HATE what you have done to this app. I’ve been a subscriber for years print and digital. Losing issues that I’ve paid for is beyond frustrating! Don’t tell me about the “restore” function it’s not functional after repeated attempts following your bogus instructions. If you can’t get it right take it off the market and send us the print copies. I WILL NOT renew the digital subscription and may just buy it on the newsstand when I’m inclined to read it again. Very sad! This used to be a real treat!

Can not get access to issues regardless of following the directions. Would love to change the review back to more stars if I could read the magazines.. Another week and I still can not get to my magazines. No response from customer service at all. If you want the magazine I suggest you get it from a newsstand. Update: I have tried to many times to view my magazines. Each time and there have been may, that I have to go thru customer support to reinstall everything in order to read anything. It is getting truly ridiculous at this point and am not renewing my subscription. I am just going to kiss my online issues good bye. Again buyer be very aware.
