Very disappointed
I’ve had this vacuum for a couple years now, it wasn’t perfect in the beginning, took me a long time to get everything working and figure out how to get it to do what I wanted. Everything frustrated me, the remote not working just added to that. Now it fails to “locate the unit” and has to regenerate the map every single time I use it! It will not apply an old map that I know worked either. I haven’t moved furniture or anything else since the map was made. So now if I want to clean a certain area I have to close off the other areas and let it make a new map. Very disappointed in this.

Having recent surgeries, I’m unable to clean my house as I’d like to. I’ve been really surprised at how well this machine picks up! I thought I would need to kind of deep clean my carpet real well (had 4 pets here the last year so lots of hair) before trying the robot. I was wrong! Obviously it’s a pain having to empty it & clean the brushes for the longer hair, but that’s the case with all vacuums. I am about to test the mopping feature for the first time. May edit post!

I like my vacuum, but it does seem to get stuck on simple runs. It’s a great value for price, but I wish I would’ve spent a bit more. I feel like the mapping system and area coverage is less than optimal. I am satisfied with it because I rely on it rarely and in between using my upright vacuum.

I use to be able to unlock my door from my phone, now the app stays on “unlock” which prevents me from unlocking my door! Tried the apps “customer service” and he was no help at all!!!

Very poor app Support is useless I had 3air purifiers installed in the app I purchased a new vacuum X1 and tried to install with app Had various problems and issues I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it I lost my 3 air purifiers in the app and now it will not let me install them due to files left in my phone for device Wi-Fi blocking the connection for the reinstall Don’t buy the X1 vacuum or any of this company equipment as if app messes up Use can’t your devices you spent good money for BAD APPS and bad SUPPORT
