Good App, Needs so much help....
This app has some really cool features, for creators, not really for designers in my oppinion. It is not transparent about what your paying for and at what level. BE CAUTIOUS, this company is not transparent at any level, and is just bad interface on MAC, Ipad and Iphone. There is free - premium, pro. I did free trial and then it charged full price 69.99 for one year; now in settings it says I can choose plan at 37.99. The web interface is different from the mobile device interface; on the web in your account there is also yet another add on for Homeplans, with no description on what it is or why you need it, but another 9.99. Limited Renders, you'll pay more for that. The user interface is terrible as far flow, forcing you to click on accept to get to pricing; i.e. Join as Pro. The HD renders often crop the original image submitted and takes a long time. Support just says to reinstall the app. The rendered images are grainy if you put a lamp in the scene - could be way better to allow you to put light sources where you want them before a render. All in all, this app is fun and all and does give an idea of what could be for a space which is great, but they expect you to read all of their blogs instead of having a regular HELP with a feature. So many idiosyncrasies moving from web to app, etc. My hope is the developers here get a clue about user-friendly app interface or suffer terrible ratings; like this one.

I have a 1st story, kitchen, butlers pantry, dining, living room, sun room and decks that I am planning with different designs. It would be nice to copy the entire thing and copy for another change in design, color, textures, whatever. Is there a way to do this?

in the web you will see many features such as import autocad file, but in mac you cannot. I bought it and cancele it after 30 mins, and no refund. bad application

This is an app more aligned to European customers than those in the US, but it's core functionality is reasonable. It's really bad, though, at creating a PDF or printed copy of the plan you create. It also annoys the heck out of you, asking you to rate/review the app. I paid for it, so I'll continue to use it. But improvements are definitely needed.
