It is meant for making the best use of time and understanding the self, environment, and relations in real-time and in general. The planetary hours and Planetaro days calculator is based on the ancient Star of the Magi principle. The main rule is quite simple: the planet that rules the day and the hour promotes activities that are in tune with its guide and can impede those activities of the opposite nature. Planetaro displays the astrological hours for the current day. Also, the user can see the list of the hours for the chosen date.

Planetary clock calculation is an ancient astrological method to determine what is favorable for the current time being and what is not. Developed in Hellenistic astrology, it has possible roots in older Babylonian astrology. It is the origin of the names of the days of the week, as used in English and numerous other languages. App shows which of the seven traditional planets (stars) of the zodiac is ruling the moment. In Planetaro, the user can choose the combination of planetary rulers - hour ruler, moving forward or backward in time.

The classical seven planets are Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, the Sun, Venus, Mercury, and the Moon, and they take rulership over the hours in this sequence.

A Perfect app

This app is perfect for helping to keep track of what planet is ruling the hour. If you use the energy of the universe, this helps to know what energies to tap into at the hour of your meditation.

Widgets don’t automatically update to current time.

This would be a FANTASTIC app that I would be willing to pay the annual fee for IF the widgets updated to the current planetary hour automatically. I put the smaller and larger widgets on my home screen and neither updated to the current planetary hour, they were both still showing the previous planetary hour. It wasn’t until I clicked on the widget to open the app that the widgets then were updated to the current planetary hour.

Inaccurate Planetary Hours

The app seems very easy to use, with a neat UI and attractive graphics, but unfortunately, the planetary hours are off, which should be the apps main function. At sundown, the sequence of twelve hours should restart from the beginning of the list with the ruling planet of the day (ie today is Mercury, but it started with the Sun first after sundown?). Disappointing.

What happened?!

I accepted the free trial and got charged after I accepted the free 3 days. $11.49. I expect a refund. Update: App developer told me to request a refund for their mistake from Apple but Apple refused to refund me. So this app charges me instead of giving me their free trial and I get refused a refund. Not good at all.
