Never again
The app isn’t not good at all. No more then one user can be connected. Since the update I haven’t even been able to connect to the collar to manually shock or warn. Tried reinstalling the app without success. Collar isn’t built great either, the prongs always come off and need to be replaced. Sometimes the dock doesn’t charge either. Have had to get replacements for everything multiples times in two years. Not worth the money just get a fence instead, will probably be less of a headache in the long run. Dog still gets out.

We have had this issue for a while. It will not automatically open. I have to log in each time. That doesn’t help if I need to correct a behavior. We were told it was because we both had the apps on our phone and only one account. So we deleted the one and my husband got his own account. But it wouldn’t connect to the dogs’ trackers. So now I still have it but we can’t get it to open and connect to the correct dog. I select the primary collar and the next time I open it up, it connects to the other one. What is up with this?!?! Love the collars. HATE the app!

My Pet Stop dealer in Atlanta showed me how to use the app. We can see a lot about what our dog is doing in his fence by looking at out I-phone. We can even see how many times he is challenging his fence. He gets a warning beep to let him know is is going the wrong way. He never leaves our yard. We are very happy with our Pet Stop Fence and Pet Stop of North Georgia. Adam is wonderful!!

This upgraded collar has been a life saver. My dog is great about his fence boundaries but we struggled with his barking and not coming to us. But with the app we’ve been able to add to his training. Since he already responded well to the beep and shock of the fence it took no time to correct his bad behaviors with the separate remote control trip app feature. He is so in tune I o my ever have to warn him. We are looking to upgrade our other dogs collar very soon so we can manage both their collars in one app. The ease of monitoring the battery life is very helpful too instead of waiting for the wanting flash on the actual collar. We are very satisfied

I was excited to use this app as a training tool for my dog. Its takes way too long to connect to correct my dog’s behavior. If often takes so long I get a “timed out” message and the whole app restarts so I am talking 45-60 seconds. By this time, my dog has moved on from the bad behavior. I am mad I paid more for this feature. When its connected and works, its great but that is maybe 5-10% of the time I try to use it.

For the amount of money spent on this system I would expect a better product. -have to be on top of the dog to connect app to the collar -in app instructions woefully lacking to know what some functions mean -crashes often -two pet owners can’t connect to the collar at the same time -audible warning function sent shock to dog instead of sound only, hesitate using function again -cannot upload pet picture
