Slow app, nothing works.. Frustrating registration process, waste of my time.
Can get past registration
Says credit card encryption error and can’t proceed. Guess they don’t need any more customers 🤦🏻♀️
Don’t rely on it to get your dry cleaning
Horrible app. Constantly logs you out after an update. This it want you to login in with your cell to send you an SMS with a code, which would be great if it actually sent you the darn code! So here I am on a weekend, without my dry cleaning.
Waste
What a complete waste of an app, the app should mirror the business. They little effort put into this is insulting.
Useless
“Getting started is easy!” No, apparently it isn’t. I can’t even get the list of locations to load without getting an error message. Can’t get past step 1 = completely useless app.
App worked great & makes it easy!
Downloaded the app using the QR code that I was provided at the Doral store. It was easy to use and I was able to update my profile and keep track of my orders. Thank you!!
New customer - cannot even register
Your call to action is register so you can start serving us as customers. Very effective, yet with your main platform failing to allow a new customer to register will be hard for your to grow. I tried 5 times on Phone or iPad, both same CC issues “Terminal-Terminal ID error”. If you apps don't work, at least let your new customers to register on your Website, where I couldn’t fine a place to do so. Hopefully you’ll fix the issues and would keep those new customer per your effective Customer Experience.
