I tried reaching out to support and they said to follow the instructions but there were no instructions. I have tried contacting them about this this closed my case.

OkCupid is good if you want try to match with on people from your area except 7 out 10 girls you see are from Nigeria or the Philippines living in Beverly Hills. And when you premium expires out nowhere you have 50 more matches to unlock so you can pay again.

The app tells you you have 230 matches so I figured why not, I'll pay for a week just to save myself time filtering out all the garbage. Out of those 230 matches, 95% of them were from Uganda, the Philippines or some South American country, only 4 of the 230 matches were within 50 miles of me despite my maximum distance setting on 10 miles, this app is just an actual scam and I'll be deleting it immediately and reporting it to my bank as well for fraud. Don't waste your time or your money, these people are criminals and they're lying to you.

There is always a worst thing right? Well here it is, you found it. Can’t get much lower than overcharging for an app that doesn’t work the way you want it to no matter what you pay. Bummer too because before the pandemic okc was great. Now all of these apps are a waste of time and okc is at the top of that landfill. I’ll never get the money back that I wasted on this app. But at least I know never to give money to the scum behind this app ever again.

Entire app is just a huge paywall. You can’t do anything on the app without paying some kind of money. You can’t see who likes you, you can’t message users without paying, you can’t view more detailed profile information. All the owning company cares about is the money made, they don’t care about you or your happiness.
