Watching videos

I cannot watch videos on the starlink, every time I try to watch, it tells me, I have no wifi when I do, but now I’ve read it’s not just me it just doesn’t work and it wants to make us think it’s our problem, when in actuality it’s faulty, this should be fixed in order to get the best reviews, after many attempts, now it just won’t scroll over. I’ll update my review the we can watch the star link videos. I can’t find this app on the smartphone, it should be available, for not everyone has an Apple product, be it phone or iPad.

APP DOES NOT WORK

Don’t bother downloading this app. I downloaded for 2017 Forester and 99% of the app doesn’t work. Says I don’t have internet access, which I did/do! Videos how-tos don’t work. The only thing that works on this app is the intro! Very disappointed. Subaru - it’s been a year and you still haven’t fixed your app!

Cannot watch videos

I was told I could watch videos on how to use my new Subaru. First the videos cannot be viewed and get an error message that I am not connected to internet. I am! Also for Forester 2017, not 2018. Perhaps there is no difference but this is not communicated. I am frustrated.
