Downloaded the app on 8/31. Can’t open. Seems like a systemic issue?

Apparently you can’t sign up on the app like the emails they send you say. Can’t purchase anything on the app either because when you create an account, it sends you into an infinite loop of logging in then customer not found. Not worth the space on my phone
