Does Norton still Update & Support this device? It has been disconnected, and I wanted to know if it can be setup in my new location.

Norton announced they were discontinuing the Norton Core several years ago after just a few years of service. They just got around to doing right by their customers and issuing gift cards. Rather than automatically doing this, they are asking you to opt in. However, their opt in form doesn’t accept the router serial number you enter. Call customer support and they can’t enter the number on your behalf. They say enter the code in a few hours. The code is on your site! It’s in my purchase history. For a tech company, this whole fiasco is quite literally a joke. I used to be loyal customer for 10+ years, but I can’t believe how badly they mishandled this.

We purchased a Norton Core last year, but have had to discontinue use of it because the app has become nonfunctional. Every time we open the app and try to sign in, it will say “logging you in” and then just go straight back to the main page with the “Sign In” and “Set Up” buttons. We then have to force close and restart the app in order to try to sign in again, as that refresh makes the Sign In/Set Up buttons unresponsive. We decided to try again today, after months of not using our Norton Core router, in hopes that the app had been updated and would now work. We have tried today on 2 different devices and are still unable to log in, which makes us unable to use the router.

While I am in iOS dark mode, the app has some items turned dark, while other stayed white. Worst is that I cannot set “Bedtime” parameters since it becomes white font on white background? Please have your QA goes through usability in dark mode and fix ASAP.

I was glad to see an update to the Core app recently and hoped it would fix whatever the hell is making the app crash. But NO! Still takes a dump multiple times a day. Fed up and not wasting anymore time with it. Done and Done. 🤬

I’ve had nothing but good luck with the norton core and now I got logged off and can’t get logged back in,called norton core support spent an hour with them on the phone and they couldn’t fix it,they told me they where going to wait 24hours to fix it,I tried to log back in but now it says my core belongs to another account don’t get me wrong I trust norton but can we please fix my core
