so much emotion is brought up during these meditations. This really allows me to let go and that is very hard for me. The way she describes the scene is magical and you can picture yourself there doing those things she asks of you. I’ve only done one for the first time and i cant wait to do more! The meditations in this are great. The app itself isn’t. Every time you open it, it advertises another app to you. I don’t want to see these, I paid for this one already. I know what else you guys sell. Please make a way to turn these off.
